Illegal immigrant Gustavo Reyes Garcia was arrested 14 times in Nashville, Tennessee for charges that include four DUI’s, evasion of arrest and twice leaving the scene of an accident. Even with all that he was never deported and now faces charges of killing Sean and Donna Wilson in a car accident while intoxicated and fleeing police.
