It was a pretty good speech. Full of his usual high minded rhetoric about coming together for change. It also had a call to action for our NATO allies: Send more troops to Afghanistan!

Maybe they're jealous?
I’ve discovered the reason so many Americans (particularly of the conservative/Republican persuasion) are opposed to gay-marriage.
It’s simple. Their own marriages were unfulfilling and dreadful so they feared being outplayed at their once exclusive game.

One of the facets of the Batman mythos (isn’t that word so pretentious sounding?) that appeals most to me is his normalness. Bruce Wayne doesn’t have superpowers. He just has money and physical prowess. A lot of what he does borders on possible.
