It does bother me that he chose to diss Farrakhan and completely discredit some of Wright's statements though. As for the media attention, I've heard many people that question the kind of judgement Obama possesses because of his relationship with Wright, and also those who wonder if it foreshadows Obama's potential policymaking in the White House. So while there may be far more pressing issues to discuss, I think this is important enough to deserve the media coverage. I do remember that McCain was far worse than either Democrat. Still, the point is not who is worse, but that all candidates are either making false campaign promises or being fiscally irresponsible.
